I am not quite certain what the thinking was behind
the recent push at DC Comics to "reinvent" the classic
Aquaman character.

As you can see from the pictures below, there is really
no need for fine-tuning.

and yet often splayed out and dominated.....
I can't think of a better combination.

Of course, I may be thinking with a different head
than DC's new Golden Boy, Geoff Johns, when it
comes to promoting Water Boy here. It's possible.

Okay, I do see an emerging pattern of "Jobber"
as well as a bondage/submission fetish here.

Perhaps DC underestimates the selling power of
addressing a more specific market?
