I caught a brief glimpse of this smoking hunk today

as I flipped past "Young & the Restless" on

the boob tube.

He's Billy J. Miller, and he plays

(easily enough) 'Billy' on the soap. 

Besides those suave, rugged looks.....

that squared jaw with the dreamy stubble....

and his wearing the shit out of his shirt....

I was pleased to find out he's smoldering

under the clothes, too!

Oh yeah!

That's one of the finest chests I have ever seen!
